Product Shipping Times:

Please note that once your order is confirmed, there will be a specific delivery time determined by the logistics company.

We ship orders daily except on Fridays, ensuring reliable and high-quality service.

Delivery to Main and Remote Areas:

Your order can be shipped and delivered in either carton packaging or on a pallet, handled by the logistics company.

Main Areas: All shipping companies support delivery of both cartons and pallets.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may require special conditions and additional charges.
(We will notify you in case of any delivery issues.)

⚠️ Note: Free shipping offers do not include delivery to remote areas (only valid for main areas).

Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
